I believe that they have brunch today..you might want to call them to verify.
I personally don't think I would bring kids they allow smoking and is pub atmosphere
Great Brunch meals, and surprisingly cheap for brunch on the weekends !
Ordered the chicken and waffle, and I swear fo goodness, my chicken was PORKchops......anybody else order it? What did you think? I no longer eat pork, so I sent it back and was replace with a chicken breast 😒
Great Happy Hour spot with real good flatbread pizzas. Mussel app is the best! Also a large beer selection.
The place was very tired and in need of updates. The bar tender was very nice and attentive. We left after one drink.
Horrible Service!!! Our server (Erica H.) brought us our waters, and basically never checked on us again. We had to get the attention of another server to order our appetizer, drinks, AND our entrees. What is most upsetting is that we could see our server at the bar the whole time! She was constantly on her cell phone, and when she wasn't on her phone she was talking to a male bartender with her back turned towards her paying customers. After we finished our meal, Erica finally came to our table...but only to bring the check. No explanation for her lack of service at all. No apology. Just the bill. The whole experience we had here was beyond disappointing. We have visited other Social House locations and received excellent service, but we will probably never come to this location again. For the Manager: I would like to receive a response from you about this, specifically how you might remedy our terrible experience.
I went to the birthday party there. The ambiance was perfect and staff was very friendly, the crowd is all young professionals with sharp looking attires. The food was nice and stuffing. The place is expensive but it is worth your money. Liked the DJ playing music besides one bar.
Took the missus here for Sunday brunch. Had a fantastic sandwich and mimosas by the pitcher. Popular place for groups on a Sunday morning.
Chill bar with a patio, great place to pop into on the brunch trail. Delicious wings!! Over 60 taps so they have a great selection of beers for everyone. If beer isn’t your thing then with an even better price for $10 a pitcher you got yourself yummy pineapple mimosas! I’m not sure who picked there music play lists but who ever it is has great taste.. I recommend this place if you’re with a group because bar hopping is better that way and wings and bar food is easy to split and share.. Last but definitely not least, Otis the Bar Tender was amazing! His service was always super quick. He was super sweet and down to earth, and super interactive with my group and I. He had that way of making you feel like you were the most important person he was tending too.. anyway check this place out, maybe sit at the bar and enjoy yourself!
I enjoy hanging at this place. Addison has changed so much over the years. Pretty cool bar.
We ate here for a friend’s birthday and the food was mediocre, at best. The pork nachos were extremely disappointing, the mac and cheese app was just blah and the pizza was mediocre. Their food doesn’t really have any flavor. I wouldn’t be so disappointed if the prices were lower, but they’re expensive for no reason. Our waiter was nice and funny though. We enjoyed his service. We didn’t stick around for the dance/nightclub portion of it that they do after 10pm, so I wouldn’t know how that goes. Overall, I’m not very interested in coming back.
Brunch = heaven. The $10 mimosa caraffes are so worth it. There are so many fruity flavors. Good selection of foods. Something for bacon lovers and healthy nuts. Egg white omelette *Italian fingers kiss
Service was a bit on the slow side, but the beer selection is decent, and the food is flavorful.
Walked in with my husband to have a drink and a bite to eat. There were no other patrons and two employees so engrossed in conversation that they couldn't even greet us. Not sure what they were cussing about but they looked at us and continued conversation as if we were a bother and interrupting them. At this point we chose to go elsewhere as it was clear we were not going to get adequate service from either of the employees. As we left they cared as little of our leaving as our arrival...not a word from either of them as they were to self absorbed in their personal lives/issues to actually work or speak to us commoners who arrived thinking it was an actual place that provided food and drinks. Lucky for us the Yard House near by was happy to have us, provided great service, drinks and food!!!
Jesse was our waiter and gave amazing service! Drinks and food was great so we left pretty from that location
Food was nice. Slightly overpriced in my opinion, but I would return for a second meal. I think it's worth the time. Our server Randy kept screwing everything up though. Nice guy, but step it up, Randy! Come on!! You got this, bro!!
No table big enough to accommodate a large group on short notice, calamari was awesome (buffalo sauce on the side) and so were the fried pickles.
They have good Happy Hour specials on food to go along with their drink specials. Food tastes great and drinks are cold.
Lord have mercy... Worse service ever. Drinks got messed up and so did the food. NEVER AGAIN!!!!
I loved the bananas foster French Toast here! Was my first time visiting and I’m planning to go back soon!
Service is marvelous. Drinks are amazing. Great beer selection and the Social Beer Society it's definitely worth it!
They have decent drink deals during brunch. The service has always been great. I am working my way through the menu and so far have enjoyed everything but the banana foster french toast - the bread was burnt and the sauce was cooked too long so there were giant chunks of hardened sugar in it. I would definitely recommend the short rib hash.
The Social House - Addison, TX was one of my favorite places to go when so first got to Dallas. It’s central North Dallas. My experience used to be awesome, but after going from time-to-time, you noticed the decrease in great service, food, and even nightlife. I’ve been here multiple times for both brunch and nightlife, and the drinks are overpriced. As far as the food, a 6 out of 10 is the best choice. Oh, I remember coming here a year ago, and all of a sudden there’s a dress code. I am professional guy that owns multiple businesses, and I’ve always treated people with respect. What someone has on shouldn’t matter. I was told I couldn’t come in because I had a hat on. This was after seeing multiple guys with hats on. If a rule, dress code, or whatever ridiculous shenanigan is going to be enforced, it should be enforced to everyone.
Good food and good service. Butt if your coming for brunch come early cause there could be a wait.
I usually like the Social House, but my most recent visit was truly awful. There was one server working on a weekend evening, and the service level clearly suffered because of it. We probably saw our server 3 or 4 times the entire meal, and spent long periods looking around for him or other staff to get refills or to order the next course. Even the kitchen seemed to be struggling, as food was served cold and felt like it had been sitting out waiting for someone to bring it to us. Hopefully this was a one-time thing, but it certainly didn't leave me with a good taste in my mouth.
Great place with good food.
Okay spot, food was just okay. Had the Chicken and Waffles (I really wish the chicken was more flavorful.) Tabasco was definitely cut with water (who does that?!?!) The drink I had was the best part, Mango Margarita!!! They had a bunch of TVs playing the Saturday afternoon games which was cool.
It was straight... the server over charged me like twice , he was moving too fast and it was a busy Sunday... I did get my money back.. food is delicious as always and brunch is great!
I loved this place, it was my first time here for an end of year event for work. There was a great mix of people food was great and the house music they had on was awesome. I can't wait to go back and try more dishes since there were so many things on the menu I'd like to try.
Tried the buffalo calamari, short rib hash, and a pineapple Mimosa. The calamari is 'steak cut' which was too chunky for me. The tempura green beans were good. Good service, long wait, but worth it.
Most definitely will be coming back. Went with some friends for brunch and had some mimosas. We all had had something differnt. My grilled cheese with tomato soup was amazing.
Wow what can I say about a place with great service amazing beers and MELISSA is the best waitress at the place. The food is amazing. I had the ahi tuna steak and it was well wort the market price of slightly over $30.
Cool place, good music and good food. After 10m the bar/restaurant converts into a club/bar where people can dance. I tottaly like the place and I will go back.
Was there for brunch but they stop serving early. Menu looked like basic American food. Nothing to make me want to stay and eat. Looked nice though.
Waited 45 minutes on the outside patio in the cold for a table because the two extra bars are closed until 8 pm. Then, once we got our table no waitress or waiter ever came. We still had to go to the bar to get our drinks. And to top it off it smelled like somebody was eating some bad fish. The smell was terrible. Not happy because I’ve been here many times and it seems like it gets worse and worse. Would not recommend to anyone anymore.
I came here for brunch with some friends. We had a fairly large group. When we were trying to get situated, one of the waiters was a bit rude about the seating arrangement. My friend and the waiter had a little banter (with smiles), but the way it was handled could've been better. Overall, the service was slow for both the drinks and especially slow for the food.In terms of the food, I had the chicken and waffles. The waffles was interesting. It had cinnamon and some other baking spices- not bad, just different. The chicken was fried perfectly; unfortunately, like the gravy, the chicken was bland. I ate the whole waffle but half the chicken.
Great service each time i visit. Incredible menu, never disappointed with any entree I order! The assortment of drinks keeps it interesting, including the wild berry mojito. Would recommend a hundred times over, especially for a nice Sunday brunch!
Great service! Fun energetic atmosphere! If you love shrimp and you like spicy food you have to try the angry shrimp.
Enjoyed the appetizers, drinks while watching the college football championship. Menu was pricey, a bit too dark to read menu. Helpful staff as had my newborn grandbaby with us, and made us feel comfortable, helping warm bottles, something most restaurants dont do. Made us feel welcome , not ever pushy , while we watched the entire game.
Good service. The food selection is interesting but the execution is average at best. Good tap selection.
The food wasn't that great and service was not good either. They messed up our drinks and gave us the wrong food.
Delicious food, and fast and friendly service . Love the Sunday brunch. Staff go all out for birthdays.
I like the food here. The bar is not bad depending on what night you go. Days like Friday and Saturday can be a bit too much and overcrowded. Has a patio area you can sit at when it’s not cold which I like. The drinks are a bit pricey and weak but it isn’t the worst I have had.
This is a solid place to visit. Consistent service. Better bar food than most places. It's really very good. Great atmosphere.
Local hangout. Casual dress. Fillet steak outstanding. Prime rib not so much.
Our waitress was wonderful!! Everything was reasonably priced. Our food was an absolute disaster!! Four of us ordered the Belgian waffle and all four dishes sat under the heat lamp way too long while they fixed an order they messed up on. And all the while, the manager, David, made excuses.
This is one of my go-to places in Dallas. The food is always good but it can be over packed at times, especially during brunch on the weekends. I've only had an issue once. It was the server who seemed to be annoyed, but hey we all have our days.
Great place. Great staff. The food was awesome and Josh the general manager was very welcoming and friendly.
Dirty. Dirty. Dirty. The wine glass still had lipstick stains. The bathrooms smelled horrible and weren't clean. The floor was nasty. The food mediocre and overpriced. Never again.
For a place that has been around as long as it has, it continues to remain "relevant". Excellent and tasty food. Great music after hours (especially when DJ Michael Jerome is spinning!) Parking is pretty atrocious though ever since the expansion of all that new development just South in the same parking area. All in all, definitely worth your trip for a fun time.
